Personal Self Defense Training
This is a one-day training course and is
approx. six-hours long. The course is designed to give you the skills needed to protect yourself and others. The
training is comprised of real world tactics and reality-based defense. The course format is structured to train
you in the same way we train the professional. You will be training
in both defensive and offensive tactics. We will cover both the
physical and mental elements used while faced with a violent encounter. The training will also provide you with
various force options depending on the type of encounter you face.
We will discuss the legal and moral consequences of the force used along with other
personal security topics.

Use of Weapons
The training will be based on my T.R.I.
system (Training – Response – Inoculation) and allows me to provide a high level of training to my students in
the shortest amount of time possible.
Upon successful completion of the course
students will receive a certificate as a documentation of their training.
So I can provide the highest quality of
training possible, I only allow ten students to attend this course.
Students need to wear gym type clothing and
long pants are recommended. Student should bring water and any
refreshments they may need during training.
When physical training is involved there is
always a risk of injury to its participants as result of the training. This is a physical training course and to attend this course you should be in
good physical condition and have no existing injuries.
